Carrying on a centuries-old tradition in a modern way, hunt clubs are thriving all over the country. They employ either a scent hunt, where a scent track is laid previous to the hunt going out, or may chase coyotes (who are not actually caught). The hounds are the essence of the hunt, and it is so fascinating to watch the teams of riders and hounds working together.
